How To Find Us
Situated just 3 miles from Plymouth on the A379 virtually opposite the turn for Otter Nurseries close to Brixton village.
SatNav User Advice: Roads immediately between Pippins and the A38 are very narrow Devon lanes. If you have set your SatNav to "PL8 2AY" and are approaching from the A38, ignore the SatNav and use a Map. Leave the A38 earlier, follow the main roads and signs to pick up the A379, then you can use your SatNav again and will avoid the narrow roads (and probably just as quick).
